We have been active in the Swiss real estate market for almost 20 years. From pure rental activity (buy & hold), we have also moved into the promotion (build & sell) area. In addition to our range of rental properties, we would also be happy to guide you on tasks related to construction management and financing. You will also find current investments with us. She has several years of experience in long-term and short-term rentals in Prague and Lucerne and has developed further in the area of property management. She has been with the company since it was founded in 2003.

As a trained economist and banker, Ludo has worked in the steel and rail industry for several years, helping to shape and manage large investment projects. He has been carrying out his own construction projects since 2015 and advising customers on their construction projects.
